We would like to thank you for the wonderful trip you set up for us. This was my second trip but I saw a lot of other places I did not see, we hope to return in 2010 or 2011. I want to tell you that Ben was really helpful and did everything he could to make our trip enjoyable. You better give him a raise, he really did a good job. We really enjoyed him and he is a great guide. Thank you again for setting up a great trip.

I just wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful time I had in Scotland. Thank you for all your help setting up our tour and your patience with bookings. I would also like to let you know that Damian was a great tour guide and made our trip what it was. He never rushed us, but got us to everything we paid to see and then some. He was informative, courteous and friendly always. Thank you again, and if I get the opportunity to visit Ireland again, I hope to be able to work with you and Damian again.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience. I have been on a few organized tours in the past. Large group tours simply cannot compare to having your own personal driver. The level of interaction and knowledge imparted is vastly superior to that in a large group setting. Also, the ability to customize the trip and make changes as we travelled was wonderful. It was great to get to know our guide (Ben) and hear a real person's perspective on the country. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and dealt with any difficulties that arose immediately.

I assume that a portion of your business comes directly through your website. I have arranged for a few trips online and it is always a little worrisome - you don't always know what to expect. I would be happy to act as a reference for anyone who is interested in a recommendation for your tours. I will certainly be contacting you when I plan my next trip.
